When we really listen, look and feel in life, we become more aware of our spirituality and meaning in life. Awareness is about becoming more conscious of how we fit into the world, and how our actions impact on the world as a whole. How sometimes even small actions can have a positive ripple effect on those around you and even further beyond. Awareness is about sensing energies. It’s about feeling your way in the world.
Awareness can involve considering things from another's perspective. Taking a step back to consider how another might feel. Through doing this, we can bring compassion and empathy to any situation.
Awareness can be thinking about how our actions and interactions, even with our pets, can influence outcomes. How, with patience and understanding, we can help others feel more at ease with themselves or others.
