This card celebrates those times when you have developed the power to observe and manage your deep seated emotions.
When you have been able to gain insight into the emotional depths of yourself and others, and have learned how to direct this knowledge towards nurturing yourself or others.
Managing our emotions is when we're able to think about how we want to react and respond to a situation, but rather, we take a breath and a step back, and think about why we're responding in that way. We ask: Is there a better way to respond to this circumstance?
This card celebrates these moments when we've understood the deeper reasons for our emotions, and we've been able to turn this insight into a better way of communicating our needs to others.
